Kristin's Life

Kristin Helms was an intelligent, loving, compassionate, kind, artistic, sensitive and beautiful girl. She earned the top grade in her biology class her sophomore year in high school and was an honor roll student. She also excelled in the arts which allowed her to take the advanced art courses at the age of 15, and enjoyed running with the El Toro High School cross country team. Some of Kristin's favorite ways to spend time while growing up were playing with her cats, swimming in the pool for hours, cooking, sewing, reading, laughing with her brother Ryan and ordering frog eggs by mail in order to observe them transforming into frogs in the tank in her room. Kristin was helpful, thoughtful and compliant, as she kept domestic chores done without a need for any reminders.

The photos illustrated on this web page depict the sweet, happy, funny and wonderful child that Kristin was in our lives. We were blessed to have her to hold and love every minute of 16 years and 40 days . . .Our world is now empty and deeply painful without our sweet Kristin's smile and warm hugs. We remember the joy, contentment, love, good times and the blessings she brought into our lives, and dedicate this page in honor of Kristin's life and the love we have for her that will never end.
